We had a pleasant stay in a well-located hotel. the area was bustling with plenty of markets, shops, and malls including the famous Cevahir Mall. the hotel was close to the metro, making visiting different attractions easy. Our room was well-furnished and modern, with a comfortable bed and a tidy bathroom. the breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices. the staff was attentive and respectful.
We did experience some housekeeping issues that could use improvement.

Great breakfast and helpful staff! the breakfast had a variety of options and was tasty. Loved the location as it was near the metro and mall, making it easy to get around. the staff was friendly and always ready to help.

Had a great city trip and stayed in a cozy hotel in a central location. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring my stay was a pleasant one. The room was immaculate with a comfortable bed and was well-equipped with essential amenities. The hotel location was perfect, just a few minutes walk away from the metro station and numerous restaurants and shopping center.
Despite being in a central location, the bathroom was slightly dirty, and there were no glasses in the room. The breakfast was not included in the cost of the room, which was a bit disappointing.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, from the moment I arrived until I left. The staff was super friendly, and I was upgraded to a much better room. The room was comfortable, clean, and the decorations were nice. The location of this hotel is great, as it is very close to the metro station in the Osmanbey area. It is also very close to the shops which made breakfast better.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say I was thoroughly impressed. The location of the hotel is simply perfect. It is situated in the heart of the bustling city, close to a plethora of shops, restaurants, and markets. Plus, it's just a short distance away from the famous Cevahir Mall. This meant that I had easy access to everything I needed during my stay.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family for their future trips to this venue.
